1. The warranty period for all products sold by our company is one year from the date of receipt (except for consumables). Free on-site maintenance is provided during the warranty period (except for malfunctions or damage caused by human factors or irresistible natural phenomena).


2. Our company will be responsible for any feedback regarding transportation damage within 3 days of arrival.


3. After receiving the repair notification (online appointment is not yet enabled), we will respond to the customer within 1 working day and provide a solution within 7 working days.

5. When users experience performance failures during normal use, our company promises the above warranty services. In addition, if there are other clear provisions in applicable national laws and regulations, the Company will comply with relevant laws and regulations.


6. During the warranty period, paid maintenance services will be implemented in the following situations;

(1) Failure or damage due to man-made or irresistible natural phenomena

(2) Product failure or damage caused by failure to install, operate and maintain in accordance with the instructions for use.

(3) Any failure or damage caused by modification, disassembly, and assembly of the product without the authorization of our company

(4) Product damage caused by accidental factors or human behavior. For example: liquid intrusion, falling damage, inappropriate voltage input, excessive extrusion, packaging deformation, etc.
