Uni-1202 is equipped with a grinding and polishing disc with a diameter of Ø 300mm and two processing stations, which can be used for grinding and polishing circular discs with a diameter of ≤ Ø 105mm or rectangular planes with a diagonal length of ≤ 105mm. During the grinding process, two processing stations can swing left and right at a certain frequency, while pushing the load block to swing left and right. The load block rotates while the grinding plate rotates, causing the sample to move irregularly, resulting in a uniform surface quality of the ground sample.
