The CHY-RTP1160 vacuum RTP tube furnace is Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo with heating rate 20c/min.The rated heating power is 3.5KW. It has water cooled vacuum sealing flange and inlet gas port which allows vacuum heating or gas protective heating.It also have built in thermocouple for accuracy sample temperature measurement.
